Christine Forde

Christine is a passionate and highly experienced human resources, business transformation, people and organisational development professional with over 30 years’ experience. She has a proven and successful track record gained principally in the Civil Service, Local Government and International Government and Higher Education sectors. Her repertoire includes implementing strategic human resources, organisational development, learning and development and diversity and inclusion game changing initiatives in her organisations. These include leading interventions to improve and promote management and leadership capability, employee engagement, diverse workforces including gender and ethnicity representation at board level, inclusive service delivery and inclusive cultures in organisations. Christine is delighted to be a member of the judging panel.
